There is a easier way to install
I really like the look of this stone/bug deflector. We will seen if it really works later on a highway speed. We were looking at the instruction but way too complicated so we didn’t follow the instruction. You just need to take off hood catches on either side of the hood. Clean the area thoroughly with soap and water and then their alcohol wipe. Screw in all 7 mounting stands to the deflector somewhat tight so all Of them are perfectly aligned to your hood. Put it on your car to see how it fits. Take the adhesive protector off. Unscrew all 7 screws to take off the deflector cover. Use hot airgun to melt the adhesive of all 7 stands. Mount rubber cones as instructed and peel off the long rubber adhesive piece and then screw back the deflector cover. This took us less than 30 minutes to do.

Looks great, does not last. Very disappointed!
Looks great but does not last. The adhesive plastic that holds the entire thing down separated from the Jeep after only being on there 2.5 months. I contacted seller 2 weeks ago and still no answer. Very disappointed.

Buyer beware!
I purchased this in June of 2021 and in under one year (currently it is March 2022) the foam tape that came with the item has disintegrated and detached from the hood. This caused damage to the guard. I have had to remove the guard and found that due to the rubbing, the guard has scratched and removed paint from my hood. Very disappointing and terrible product.

Don’t make it harder than it has to be
Was thrilled to find this sold on amazon, since it was out of stock on both extreme terrain and car id - was also a little cheaper here as well. I read through the reviews after reading the instructions and one of the other reviewers put it best; the instructions make it more difficult than necessary.Seriously, just attach the washers, screws (pretty tight so the mounts don’t wiggle too much), and mounts to the hood deflector. Then wash/dry your hood and wipe it down with the wipes provided. Pop open the hood and remove your hood latches with a 10mm, and close it. Then line up the deflector to the hood, remove the adhesive from behind the square mounts and stick on the deflector firmly. Go in with your screwdriver to remove the screws and washers, take the deflector off, add the little foam pieces and hit it all with a heat gun. Take the adhesive off the back of the deflector, pop it on, and screw it in tightly. Literally took under half an hour - and I was posting it on Instagram while I was doing it too haha.Hope this helps a little, don’t hesitate if you’re wanting this, it looks great and is functional

It's a bit mally crawly for my taste but the mother-in law likes it
Got it for my mother-in-law's 2020 Mojito JL. She loves it and that's all that matters. It was a bit of a pain to install but it wasn't that bad. Overall she's happy with it so I'm happy with it. 5/5 would recommend, would buy again.

Definitely watch a how-to video before beginning install
At first, I was intimated by all the instructions, but after watching a quick video on YouTube, I had it installed by myself in 15 minutes. After 2-3 weeks, the adhesive had come loose and the guard broke going down the interstate. I’ve messaged the seller hoping for some resolve.

Fantastic look
Looks fantastic. Instructions are not the best, especially on the placement of the foam cones that go under the bug shield / hood protector. Picture shows 3 there are 5 to be placed so be mindful of that
