I’ve been taking Berberine for the last 6 months and let me tell you: it doesn’t work. I believed the hype on Tiktok and wasted hundreds of dollars on a product that did little to nothing for me. It didn’t properly regulate my blood sugar levels or stop cravings (plus my energy levels dropped). I’m now 5 weeks into Lemme Curb and the results are astounding. I’ve been able to stop my daily evening binges which I never thought possible. Typically, I lose willpower by 7pm and succumb to whatever I see advertised on Seamless. This is a reoccurring issue and something I’ve dealt with since high school (I’m now 28 living in Manhattan). It’s something my mom and I share in common. Thank you genetics lol For the record, I’m less focused on diet/weight but I can confirm that my pants and skirts are fitting more loosely. But the cravings….they have stopped. Altogether stopped. I can’t articulate to you what a relief this for me as I was giving up hope on my supplement journey. I will update this review in 3 months but hope this helps earlier users.

I have taken Ozempic, Mounjaro, Trulicity, Rybelsus and Victoza. These pills don’t work. Mounjaro then Ozempic work best for curving food craving, yes the side effects aren’t best but hey you want to turn off those little voices, it’s going to cost ya lol. Please don’t waste your money. I can only imagine that those saying this supplement works is because they are choosing to believe it not because the pill is effective. Save your money, I wish I did. I didn’t know that this was a Kardashian brand not that would not that that would’ve made a difference in me purchasing it, but it is interesting to know that they are behind this brand, and I purely would like to tell them straight to their faces to please try again, given that they themselves have taken the real medicine of those Olympic and Mounjaro and had amazing results.

Fell for the placebo effect within the first couple weeks, my appetite reduced and I felt like I had more energy. I bought three more bottles thinking this was a sure thing and excited to continue for a while. After the third/fourth week all the greatness I thought I was feeling from this pill dissolved, my appetite and cravings came back fully

This is very easy to take you do not have to take it with food. There were no side effects. It did work but not like I needed it too. It kind of wore off after four hours so you would have to double dose on it daily.

I really wish this product worked for me like others claim it did for them. I do not feel like this was effective or had any real health benefits. I have seen some reviews stating it made their stomach upset but it did not do that for me. I did think it tasted gross so tried to get it down as fast as possible! I don't think this is a good quality item and I wouldn't spend my money on it again personally.
