I’ve been taking Blue Burn (typically 3x daily) since March and I have had an extremely positive experience. I was looking for a workout enhancer/metabolism booster and it’s done both, plus cuts down on cravings that have led to less random snacking and ultimately some weight loss. Easy to take, interesting taste — not in a bad way! Zero negative side effects. It’s kind of pricey, but the results are worth it.

It works does what it says so I just love it. Very effective/ taste good/ boost energy and the price is okay. I sincerely recommend this product. So give it a try you won’t regret it.

I really wanted to love this one because of all the hype online, but honestly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The flavor is okay and the ingredients seem clean and natural, but I didn’t notice any major difference in energy or metabolism compared to other similar supplements. It’s nicely packaged, dissolves well, and I do appreciate that it’s made with quality herbal ingredients — but for the price and all the buzz, I expected a bit more noticeable results. Overall, it’s a good product, just not as game-changing as social media makes it seem!

At first I seemed to notice a bit of energy and mood improvement (used a dropperful in my morning pre workout concoction that also contains creatine, eaas, minerals, collagen and protein). After a two months of 6 day per week use, no noticeable effect anymore and no change to weight or metabolism. Also walking 10-15k steps per day and lifting weights 5-6 days per week. Ended my subscription and will use up my supply but likely won’t repurchase.

Product tastes good but ended up being overstimulating for me and actually kept me up at night. In some of the ads it says Corti-Solved but it felt like it heightened the release of stress hormones in my body. I hope it works for some, it tastes good, interesting formula, great packaging.
