I have been taking vitamin B6 for more years than I can remember. I take it for the emotional yo-yoing, many women suffer due to their menstrual cycles. One of these vitamin B6 tablets, each day brings great, emotional stability for me. On occasion, I have stopped taking it- usually because I have run out, and it’s at these times, I really notice a difference in my mood, and emotions become quite fragile. It’s ridiculous at how you can feel like crying when there’s absolutely nothing wrong, and you know it’s your hormones doing this to you rather than any of life’s events! Vitamin B6 really makes a difference and stops such emotional fragility.
