the only ingredients are: extra virgin avocado oil,free range egg yolk, apple cider vinegar & himilayan salt. I find it very good.

Because its the only one on Amazon so they put the price up, separates very easily and doesn't taste that great either.

Hello :-) Yes, all of our eggs are gently pasteurised. We source the finest free range, RSPCA approved eggs from the family run St. Ewe farm in Cornwall. Single source, British eggs - just how mayonnaise should be! Thanks so much, Jeff

Hey, Our philosphy at Hunter & Gather is that Fat is a vital nutrient and would have been cherished by our ancestors. As such, we do not advocate restricting fat like the Duakn Diet may promote. Many of our bodies vital processes such as hormonal responses require fat. There are also fat-soluble vitamins (A,D, E, K etc.) that require the presence of good fats in our diet. We are not overly familiar with the Dukan diet however it appears it restricts the use of fats and oils. We hope that helps 🙌🏼
