Super Flexible Spine Model with Pelvis and Femur Heads, Life Size, 87cm/34”

According to my granddaughter, the model is great. She did a great deal of research before selecting this model.

This spine is good quality, is anatomically correct, and is able to hold a variety of flexed positions - each of which was important to me as I go through a doctoral level anatomy program. For the money, you won't find a better moveable spine. Would buy again without question!

After only 3.5 years of use 5 days a week, 2-3 uses per day (3 spines in office) one in room number 1 totally falling apart. Wire cable at center of unit snaps after 200 or so bends during demonstrations. Years ago they use to use microphone stand type articulating cable. It would last decade. We need to find ones like that.

I had to have spinal surgery so I used it to understand the options. However, it's become a household tool for understanding scoliosis and other spinal issues. At some point it will migrate to the office, if my family ever let's it go.

This was a great gift for my son in law who is studying to be a chiropractor.

Love the flexibility of this model. I’ve had others but they weren’t flexible like this one. Bends easily.

Overall decent product. Biggest downside with this product is how easy the spinal cord snaps after 2 months of light usage because of the cheap, hollow material. Anatomically correct, and great to use for studying spinal anatomy and understanding biomechanics of spinal movement (aside from the previously mentioned easily breakable spinal cord).

This spine is great, just what I needed to help me explain things to my patients.

exactly what you paid for. Realistic, flexible...good buy

The best skeletal spine model I've seen out there. My remedial massage therapy school owns these as well.The flexibility/articulation is astonishing, the detail of the molds are impressive, and the price is well worth this quality.Only negative would be that you can see parts of where the mold material seep through the side of the mold cast. I simply cleaned this up by shaving off these tiny parts. Otherwise you wouldn't notice them at all, definitely the average person wouldn't notice them.

The flexibility is not at all as how it is displayed in the first image, you can’t really necessarily bend this spine. However, everything is up to par with the standard models sold at schools and anywhere else. The other thing is that maybe the stand itself may not be too durable to hold the weight of the model, sooooo just be careful on not moving it too much or else the rod will literally feel like it’s going to break off or snap. The model itself is really lifelike and the same size as depicted. It’s a great model, just some discrepancies with the description. Honestly, for the price that I was going to pay for the same model at school, this one is worth it.

Not flexible enough

It's so perfect. I'm telling everyone about it now that I have tried it. I have made many purchases but this one is truly functional. I don't have to think about what to put in...just look in the fridge...there are your soup ingredients. Amazing
