Comfort and Compression
Compression Socks. They’re supposed to help blood flow around the feet and legs by constricting the veins, thereby making the blood flow quicker in that area. That much is certainly true, and that’s the reason that they are used to treat deep vein thrombosis, and help prevent blood clots. What’s not certain is whether they can help runners in the same way. It’s thought that compression socks help athletes by Improving blood flow Reducing lateral movement in the muscles Reducing swelling Allowing maximum stress in the leg muscles for longer. There’s currently only anecdotal evidence that these benefits may be achieved, but that’s no reason not to try. Unless you’ve got circulatory problems or decreased skin sensation, in which case consult your doctor first. On to the product itself. They arrived in good shape, well packaged. With a $5off coupon which I appreciate. I probably won’t use it, though. And they look all right, too. I can’t wait for gym day! And as far as you know, I didn’t.They’re not easy to get on at first. Really tight. But once I got them past my feet, they are fine. Pretty comfortable. I have to admit, I was a bit self conscious going into the gym wearing them, but our gym isn’t all that judgey.I pushed myself a little harder than I usually do. I ran a bit on the treadmill, which I usually avoid because I get shin splints. I don’t know if the socks helped, but I was able to keep going without the shin splints kicking in.I assume that they’re designed to sit below the knee. I’m pretty short, so I pulled them over my knee. They slipped down over my knee, but they never slipped below my thigh.I kept them on till I got home, not really sure when the benefits are supposed to be best, but I didn’t experience any of the usual twitchiness and restlessness of gym night.Overall, I quite liked them. I think I felt some benefit. Even if it’s only psychological, it’s done me some good. I’ll be wearing them again. I think I’ll see how they feel on my cycle to work.

Fab colours and comfortable to wear
I ordered size L but the packet inside the box said M, I was worried they wouldn’t fit, but it must have been a sign as the M fit perfectly. I love the colour of these, much better than hospital ones and they feel very comfortable, albeit the toes seem quite baggy in comparison with the rest of the socks. They are also a little thicker than regular ones. The sizing in the description confused me a little but on the box it gives full measurements of calf circumference and shoe size. I have quite chunky calves and size 7 feet so am on the upper range for Medium size, if I had the large I think they would have been too big on the feet as it says UK 9-13.I have been wearing these when walking long distances and they have helped a lot, my legs were a lot less swollen as they would have been without them. They do what they are supposed to doI would definitely use these if I needed compression socks after surgery, I wish I had known about these when I had my last surgery.

EVEN THE LARGE IS VERY TIGHT, IF UR LEGS ARE ALREADY SWOLLEN DONT USE THIS AS IT CAN CUT OF BLOOD SUPPLY, AND LEAVE A RARTHER DEEP DENT IN UR LEG, PITY THEY DIDNT MAKE THE OPENING OF THE SOCK LESS TIGHT

These socks fit well. Not too tight, just enough pressure. I wore them for my run and they did not bunch up or restrict on my legs.

Compression socks, these are the best compression socks I have ever had.
They do not dig in to the top of my legs and seem to help with swollen legs and feet.
