The design of this product looked perfect, however it was defective. It connected to my PC easily and worked for two days and then suddenly stopped responding. I found that extremely annoying. After several attempts to have it reconnect I realized that it was just not going to work at all and I returned it. (When initially plugged in to the computer it connected no problem, but then it just went “dead” completely). This was very disappointing.

I ordered this for a new AIO computer that only had 4 USB ports, Some of the business components I bought use a dongle to make them function. With two of them. keyboard, mouse and two printers and my cell phone, I came up short. This device fixes that. I like the short cord to prevent data loss. the only issue is that the proprietary dongles sometimes have an issue going through this extension so I use the integrated ports on the PC for those and put the keyboard, mouse and printer into this hub.

I was worried about speed with a USB port. This is my first port purchase and I was very pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to use and how the speed was not affected at all. Using this port reduces the wear and tear on my hardware when constantly plugging in and unplugging USB's. For the price it was a very good buy.

Not capable of charging my iPhone or iPad. Is a type C cable and will not plug into laptop. Even when I powered it via mini usb it was not very useful. Purchase a better hub from someone else. One that allows you to use keyboard mouse and headphones.

I really enjoy this product! It is small enough to take with me but large enough for all that I need to hook into it! No problems at all! Great purchase!

I have only one small complaint. I wish the cable that plugs in to the USB port that leads to the external transfer data hub was about 6 inches longer. The Hub itself is lightweight, good looking, and has made my life easier. I'm temporarily using a laptop that only has 2 USB ports that are rather inconveniently located.

After working well for just over a month, this transfer Hub quit working completely. It is now worthless.

Does not work properly keeps being disconnected. Even tried externally powering it same thing.
