After discovering the many health benefits of Turmeric, I decided to incorporate it into my daily diet (please Google it - truly is a wonderful herb!). Looking through amazon, there were many Turmeric supplements on offer however what made this product stand out was that it was organic, did not contain any unnecessary fillers/additives, included a good proportion of black pepper for better absorption and combined a concentrated extract of Curcumin (found to be the key active ingredient in Turmeric). I'm a firm believer that herbs should be taken as they are found (holistic view that all ingredients play a role in the herbs overall properties) - however, having an additional concentration of Curcumin sure is an added bonus.So I have now been taking this supplement for around a month (3x daily with my lunch or dinner) and I'm pleased to say that I'm experiencing a few benefits already. I feel as though I have more energy and my body generally feels less tight/tense than before. Furthermore, my muscles feel less sore/fatigued after a workout which is great. I understand that it is early days and that I will not see the full benefits until months down the line of taking it regularly however the initial signs look positive!I'm sure there are other brands that will provide you with the same benefits that Turmeric brings however with Nutravita I have found a product that ticks all my boxes and is so far working for me. I shall continue taking this supplement regularly and would recommend this product for sure.
