Inadequate heating -- will not cook arepas.
The unit I received never heated adequately. After 15 minutes, the green light would flicker on briefly, then immediately go off again. During one brief moment with a green light, I added standard arepa batter. The unit did not heat enough to cook the arepas. I have another 6 arepa unit. So I know what an arepa cooker can and should do. This one fails.
