Helps somewhat
I got this cream to help with some menopause symptoms but u have to have wet skin cause it doesn't spread on your skin very well other wise. Did it help with the hot flashes maybe some what

I wanted a cream that would moisturize and provide safe hormones for women. This is it. I also like the fact that my purchase goes to charity. I must say that if you've dry hands and your an adult female, this is the best cream I've used and it's nice to know that as a woman, it's good for you, apparently not harmful, and effective. It is a thick cream that stays on your skin for a bit of time. So, if you're looking for something light with quick absorbancy, this is not it. But, if you want something that is heavier, really moisturizes and is good for you as a woman, choose this cream and know that you've benefited yourself and others.
