Does not foam as much as non-charcoal toothpaste.Usefulness/Appearance/Fun Factor: ***** (5 star) Can't speak to how well this cleans teeth, other than our experience, which was our mouths after brushing felt as clean as when using other brands non-charcoal. Keep in mind since this is a darker color, dried toothpaste in the basin or on light colored counters will appear more than the mostly white non-charcoal ones. I will admit, we have not converted to all charcoal toothpaste, but this is in the rotation when a deal can be found.

Awesome toothpaste- it tastes great and doesn’t leave my mouth burning like some other minty toothpastes. Very reasonably priced for a quality all-natural toothpaste.
