This walked me easily through getting our 501(c)(3) and getting incorporated and much more! I would suggest this book to anyone who is starting a nonprofit - who don't have any (0) experience.

Definitely recommend this if you are planning to start a nonprofit! It’s much more convenient to have all this info in one book rather than constantly looking for info online.

Very helpful book, really a step by step guide that I will continue to reference for years to come as I build out my 501c3

The Nolo books are over rated. There is a lot of information, but not enough forms, documents, examples and guides to use or go by. This is definitely not helpful. I purchased 3 books and I would not buy these again if I had to do it over again.

Clearly written and comprehensive. With the help of this book I was able to submit a successful application for 501(c)(3) status for a quilt guild that I belong to. (I am a lawyer, but not in this field.)
