Max neoprene Weighted Gloves 0.5kg Training gloves

Wore for a 2 hour powerwalk so far. Given the finger holes, the Velcro strip around the wrist and the low weight of 0.5 kg per glove these didn't shift around like other wrist weights I've had, and didn't look as awful either. Unlike running /walking with mini bar Bells in your hands, your fingers are still free to hold other things, get stuff out of pockets etc. It also has a band between the fingers that looks pointless until you realise it's to help you pull the gloves off. Felt the benefit most when power walking uphill and really having to use my arms to assist

Did the Charlotte Crosby workout with these on and I felt the difference from having not used them before . Nice fit, easy to take off , made the workout seem more effective. It's almost like doing a little bit of weight training, feels good with the extra weight on and the extra work your arms do. Plus they look good.

I would highly recommend these mittens. I ordered a previous pair but they didn't have the individual figures. These do & there're needed. Have a central loop so they're also easy to take off, particularly good when you're a bit sticky from working out.

I ordered these gloves for the Beachbody Program Les Mills Combat and I love to wear them during Combat 30, Combat 45 and Combat 60. The training is much more effective with those weights. The material is of good quality and the gloves are perfect for small hands.

Very ppor quality, use for 1 week then the stitching came undone and the contents of the weight leaked all over.
