The sound is clear, and the headphones are comfortable around the neck. But the lowest volume setting is too loud when there is no background noise.

I have ordered 3 in total however the same issue keeps happening after a few uses the Bluetooth connection portion stops working as well as one of the ear pieces

I've gone through a few bluetooth headphones on the cheaper side of things and this pair is by far the best for one major reason - battery life. I prefer the "EarPod" shape #1 Because they don't block out the outside world so I can walk along the street, do dishes, be at my desk, and still hear things I need to (some may crave sound isolation - these aren't for you) #2 I don't like the feeling of things in my ear #3 They just fit my ears great. So, I've looked for BT headphones with this headphone shape and tried others that died after a number of months or wouldn't get through the day.I take these off the charger in the morning and they just remain on - around my neck - till I go to bed. I've never had them die even when using them very heavily. Want a set of "EarPod" type wireless headphones for not too much $ and the neck-band style is good for you? Get these.My only gripes are #1 The Pause/Play button is hard to feel and hit accurately. I've considered trying to give it some texture or something so it's easier to hit in a hurry and #2 the sliders for adjusting the length of each wire is loose and slides down so I have to constantly slide them back or hold them in place with mini rubber bands. I bought these at $20 and that was a steal at $13 I might just get another pair. Sound is fine for me I primarily listen to podcasts and audio books on the go.
