My $500 Amazon kitchen makeover
I am so incredibly happy with how my stupidly cheap kitchen makeover turned out. Literally everything was purchased on Amazon, and I did it all myself on random weekends while very pregnant (safely, of course). If I could do it, you can, too!The whole thing (minus the kitchen gadgets--just the makeover) cost around $500 and was chosen for cost, looks, and simplicity of application (very pregnant, very impatient).I'm attaching the before and after images, and I'll talk about the individual part relevant to this review. Here is the list of all remodeling purchases:1. General Finishes Antique White Milk Paint, Gallon + General Finishes Water Based High Performance Polyurethane Top Coat Semi-Gloss Gallon 2. d-c-fix 346-0478 Decorative Self-Adhesive Film, Rustic, 17.71" x78" Roll 3. Mosaic Peel & Stick 10" x 10" Backsplash, Kitchen, Bathroom, DIY Wall Tiles - Set Of 6, Black And White 5. Achim Home Furnishings VFP2.0SS40 Tivoli II Achim Home Imports Silver Spruce 6" x 36" Self Adhesive Vinyl Floor Planks Planks/60 Square Feet, 40 Pack, Piece 6. Brilliant Evolution BRRC135 Wireless LED Puck Light 6 Pack With Remote Control - Operates On 3 AA Batteries - Kitchen Under Cabinet Lighting This flooring turned out SO MUCH better than I anticipated. We were always intending to get bamboo flooring in the kitchen, but never got around to it. The biggest hurdle, and I think a lot of other reviewers were in the same boat, is that our kitchen floor is very uneven. Laying actual vinyl blanks, or bamboo, or pretty much anything else, wouldn't work without demolishing existing tile and evening out the floor (there is a noticeable 'hill' right in the middle between the kitchen and the dining area, so it'd be quite an undertaking). Since we were clearly never going to get to it, and since the tile was eating away at my pregnant nesting soul, I picked this. I chose this color simply because it was the cheapest of all Achim offerings (remember, we wanted bamboo). It was such a good price, I didn't even feel bad, and figured the color would grow on us, if only because of all the left-over cash for other fine things in life.I also ordered some floor glue because everyone else seemed to. I didn't read too much about it, just got whatever everyone else seemed to be getting (frequently purchased with). The prep work for existing tile was half-heartedly mopping the floor and scrubbing the baseboards because they were filthy.NOTE: I did not fill in the existing grout lines. The flooring did sag a little into the lines, exactly as I would expect. I actually bought another set of this exact floor to go over the existing floor, which I also hope will better insulate it, and go over imperfections caused by my impatience in some areas (slight gaps) and the glue situation described below.I laid the glue down per instructions. It's one of those soft-setting types, so it wasn't going to harden. As I laid the floor, no matter how thinly I spread the glue, and no matter how hard I tried to not step on the tiles I laid down, the glue kept seeping through the laid planks and getting everywhere. The tiles also kept shifting ever so slightly, because of the gooey mess underneath.Once I got out of the dining nook and into the kitchen, I gave up and just laid the tiles down with no additional glue--just the adhesive they came with. What's the worst that could happen? Turns out, I still don't know, because that worked so much better. No weird glue goo coming through, no shifting, it was perfect. My only issue was for the area under the fridge and the stove, which was... oily? I scrubbed it with all kinds of degreasers, but it was still slippery and weird. I just laid the tile and hoped for the best. It definitely did shift under the fridge (not the stove), so the second layer I intend to lay down will have fixed this gaffe, and I also got two types of multi-purpose floor super glue, so maybe that'll help too.The color itself looks great with stainless steel appliances. I have absolutely no complaints. It's been down for a few months with hyperactive dogs and a lot of foot traffic, and the planks look like new. Every possible downside is our fault as outlined. Great choice all around. If my floor wasn't all kinds of warped, I may have considered a more hardy type of flooring, but after all's been said and done, I'm not even sure that'd be worth it. My kitchen makeover with the floor cost almost nothing!

Flooring looks ok. Buying some more.
Quite a bit arrived with with corner bent and bent in the middle with creases. Some could have had better packaging, but once down it all looked fine.

Beautiful but...
These planks made my old mistreated floors of our new home look like beautiful new floors which turned out truly amazing but for your projects figure a lot more then suggested square footage. I had just under 400 sq ft of floor to put down and bought 5 cases which by description should of been 450 sw footage total however when opening the cases each individual box says they do 15 SQ ft each and there's 4 of these boxes in one case that's only a total of 60 sq ft a case not 90!!! We were ready to I live in today but now have to wait another week for the other 2 cases to come which is truly disappointing after ,3 months of work finally coming to an end and now it's just a waiting game. However I'm glad they turned out beautiful as they did and super easy to install especially on a budget just wish I had known but hopefully this helps the rest of you so I save some of you the same pain 😊

Better than being re-upholstered!
The media could not be loaded. I am completely satisfied with these care covers. The fabric us an ideal combination that offers comfort and an elegant appearance. The custom fit us just what is needed fir a sleek, smooth, classic appearance! I mbratung these seat covers a 5 star ⭐️!I am exceptionally happy that I purchased two four- packs. Niw, all of my chairs match and have a beautiful appearance. Sheer elegance! The fabric should wash well. It’s a combination of 92% polyester and 8% spandex! This combination wash well on a cold cycle. I’ve washed other fabric with that combination and have no shrinkage. I expect the same with my chsur seat covers!

Easy to install and look nice
These were used in a spare room that is my craft studio. This was my first time laying down any kind of flooring, and I feel these were pretty easy to do. I like that they are textured and there 5 different patterns (2 of each pattern) per box which makes them easy to stagger the pattern (I'll post a pic when the room is all completed). The reason for knocking off 1 star is I had issues with the adhesive. 1. It got everywhere! While making sure all edges butted up to one another, adhesive would get on the other tiles already laid. Get some GooGone! 2. While there was glue everywhere, there were places on most of the tiles, along an edge or corner, where they would just not stick down. There was plenty of adhesive, but they didn't stick. I fully prepped the concrete (patched, sanded, washed, washed, washed & applied 2 coats of bond enhancer) but those dang edges and corners would not stay down. On some I used a VERY thin coat of liquid nails, which worked. But this became so tedious, I stopped and am hoping either over time or with the weight of desks, tables and shelf units they will eventually entirely adhere.Overall, they look great, and I am probably the only one who will notice.

Beautiful but...
One box I received is slightly warped so they will not adhere to the surface. I'm using glue to keep them in place but that one pack of planks continues to lift.Other than that, they are BEAUTIFUL. They are incredibly easy to place and cut. It's an affordable option that looks like the real thing (if you don't like a glossy look, you may not like it).

Amazing flooring = very easy to work with. Looks great
Super easy to work with. Very thick tiles, I used a utility knife to score the back and then used scissors to easily cut the tile. I put these over existing tile flooring and on the stairs. They are super sticky and will adhere very well. I did air nail the tiles with 1 inch finishing nails to the back of the stairs as well just to be extra sure they hold. Tiles look just like my hardwood laminate I have in other rooms of the house. Super easy to clean as well and they are waterproof. I highly recommend these floor tiles. Would definitely use again.

Good for the price
I had never installed anything like this before, but it was pretty easy. One issue I ran into was a few days or weeks after install. Despite the pieces being extremely sticky when I was putting them down, some of them starting to rise and bow. I seemed to get them to re adhere by placing heavy things on those parts of the floor. Also, heads up, it is very loud when you're peeling the paper off of the pieces.
