I was very pleased with this product initially. The magnets are strong but unfortunately the glue they are attached with is not. After only 2-3 weeks I heard a crash one night and the shelf had detached from the magnets. (Nothing at all heavy was on it.) Luckily nothing was damaged. I feel disappointed because I really liked it. Now I’m not sure if I should risk buying another one from a different source in case they use the same glue? 😕

Very nicely made product, beautifully fits in my kitchen - only negative side is: cling film/ aluminum foil rolls do not fit on the wooden rails as they are short.

Bought this thinking it was a silver ish colour but its white. One of the hooks was bent upon arrival. It's a bit too small for anything but a kitchen roll. I thought I could put some cling film on their too but way to narrow for them to fit. The magnet does seem strong but not put much on it yet.

Smaller than I thought it might be (probably should have checked the measurement first!) Can't get a kitchen roll on the arm without squashing it and that makes it difficult to unravel each time. With all that said, great for tea towels oven glove etc and looks cool on the side of my fridgefreezer. Tough magnetic hold too.

This is ok for storing cling film wrap, tin foil and grease proof paper, however the rolls I have are too long to fit on the roll holders so I just keep them upright On the top shelf of this, still in their original boxes.As for the kitchen roll you cannot fit a jumbo roll on the holder, only a small one.The magnet on it is very strong and sturdy and this is adhered to the side of my fridge.

The product is great, sturdy and easy to hang on metallic surfaces. It doesnt slip or anything else, the magnet are good.HOWEVER, the designer didn't think it through. The two wooden pieces are useless, you cant hang anything on them as they prevent grabbing other stuff behind. Poor choice of design but still looks great!

The item was returned within hours of being delivered. It stuck to the fridge perfectly fine although the paper towel rack would only be suitable for the really cheap small rolls. We tend to buy plenty original and it wouldn't get on the holder so no use to us. Return process was very easy.
