I wasn't sure what to expect as affordable as this thing is, but wow! Im never been a fan of core work because a lot of the workouts aren't comfortable for me, but this has become possibly my favorite piece of equipment, and my favorite workout. I used the first day to get a feel for it, and the second day I dug deep. I have never had such a deep ab workout as I got with this thing in under ten minutes. Everyone should have one of these at home.

Hard to use without a six pack. I did ten the first day and was soooo sore! Now I just do 5 a day. You definitely have to have core strength to use this. Mat is a little flimsy, but is necessary to use for the roller.

Great product to exercise your core without placing stress on your neck with sit-ups or performing planks which are proven to be not as effective as people are led to believe. This is the best ab core work-out.

Effective ab roller, especially for the price! Works well within my core exercises and small enough to store away. The mat that is included is decent and does the job as well.

Was really easy to put together when it arrived. It’s very sturdy and smooth to use. I’ve been uso=ing it almost daily. Good choice!
