Kushlan Products 350DD Unassembled Direct Drive Cement Mixer (2-(Pack))

Manual had a single page with pics showing assembly. Be aware that in step 1 there's no indication of which way the upper and lower go together---and the correct orientation is important in a later step. In addition, Pg 3 of the manual states "Mixer shipped with grease in gearbox. Change grease every 100 hours. Add 8 ounces of 75W-90 gra". However, back cover of the manual states "Before 1st use, fill with 8 ounces of 75W-90 gear lube"So, I can tell if it's OK to use out of the box or not. In addition, there are no instructions on how to add/replace the grease/lube. Tried calling Customer services numbers. After about 5 rings I got a "goodbye" and was disconnected.So, now I'm stuck, don't know if it's OK to run out of the box, don't know how to add lube if that is in fact needed at the beginning.
