Dear manufacturer, since there is no option to contact you directly, I regret to say that I have to return this air freshener despite the fact that it is made well and the scent buds smell wonderful. The problem is that it does completely no difference for the car interior. Neither when it's cool, nor when it's cold inside, the air freshener freshens itself only what makes it utterly useless for it's very purpose. If you will pay attention to it you will manage a wonderful product.
