This cream is all wrong for my skin type, but I'm still giving it a 5-star review and here's why:1) The cream itself is great quality: it has healthy ingredients, is a nice texture, goes on smoothly and without making my face feel greasy. It's just very lightweight, which would be great for someone with oily/combination skin and/or during the summer months, but isn't enough for my very dry skin in the winter.2) The company is a small business, which I prefer to support over the big guys, and their products are of great quality. I also ordered the vitamin c serum and that has been a godsend for my dry, uneven skin. In just two weeks it's made my skin noticeably smoother, softer, more even, and has diminished my undereye puffiness like you wouldn't believe. These guys make fantastic products!3) The customer service at this company is AMAZING. When you order, they send you a thank-you email with detailed information on how to use the product and info on how to contact their customer service department directly. After you've had the product for a week or two, they send a follow up to see how things are going. (This level of engagement might sound obnoxious to some-myself included-but I promise it's not pushy, but rather is done in a really unobtrusive and helpful way.) The really exceptional part is that when I wrote back to say that this cream wasn't right for my skin type, their customer service rep contacted me in less than 24 hours and offered to send me a jar of their eye cream, which is heavier and apparently used by many of their customers as an all-over face cream, completely free. I get the impression that they don't want to just make a quick buck, but want to make sure that you have exactly the right skin care regimen for your individual skin type--they're goal is clearly to create longterm, loyal customers. This is some old school customer service, in the BEST way!

I wanted to wait a few weeks to post.In one word? PHENOMENALI'm 50 and in 3 weeks it's taken 10 years off. I had deep wrinkles on my neck and they are gone. The face is bright, dark circles gone, very hydrated and very pleasant scent.Strongly recommend. Try it and see. Nothing to loose and they are a USA company

I’ve been using this moisturizer for more than 3 years now, and I’m not changing it anytime soon!!Pros:-Amazing for dry, sensitive skin—it keeps my face feeling super hydrated without any irritation.-The texture is so nice! It’s lightweight but still gives my skin the moisture it needs.-Love the rose and pomegranate extracts—they make it feel fancy and add a nice, subtle scent.-It absorbs super quickly, so it’s great under makeup or sunscreen.Cons:-The container doesn't fit my cosmetic bag sometimes.-Sometimes you have to pump the bottle multiple times to get product out.Final Thoughts:This is hands-down one of my favorite moisturizers. It keeps my skin soft, smooth, and happy all day. If you’ve got dry or sensitive skin, I definitely recommend it!!

I am in my mid 30s with dry skin that’s super sensitive and prone to cystic breakouts. I live in the Colorado mountains so when I say “dry skin,” I mean it. This stuff is wonderful and hydrating enough on its own for me Spring-Fall, in the winter I do have to supplement with CeraVe but it keeps my skin hydrated without breaking me out. Combines nicely with other creams and serums from this brand, absorbs well, and it wears nicely under makeup.

I like this moisturizer but I have a few comments to mention:1. it's really lightweight - this is a lovely consistency (thicker, doesn't run down hand if turned vertical), but it was not what my dryer skin needs during winter months. During the heat this is a great cream though.2. lasted for 5 months! - I used this day and night and it just ran out on me, it lasted a lot longer than what I thought.3. Smoothes into skin (mostly) - this melted into my skin and absorbed quickly with a dry face.4. doesn't layer well - I'm a skincare junkie of sorts (masking mostly) and this cream did NOT want to melt into the skin with any wetter product on underneath, even not completely dried toner or water left over from washing will turn this cream into a streaky white mess. Since i'm pale I couldn't tell if this left a white-cast, but I think it would if on wet skin.5. Definitely moisturizing!! - this cream is a step up from the drugstore creams I have been using. It is much more comfortable on the skin, and does not irritate my sensitive eyes. I would definitely recommend this cream for summer or oily skin year-round. But for my winter dry skin I'll be moving on to something a bit thicker.6. Doesn't irritate acne!!! - my acne loves to flare up with a bad cream, but this one did not trigger it.7. I absolutely love the fact this has a pump - pumps keep bacteria from gathering from hands into products, so it's a definite plus.I may purchase this again when the summer heat rolls around since it is a good lighter formula.Best of luck!!!~~

Amazing moisturizer!!! I have incredibly sensitive and reactive skin and maybe only two other moisturizers have not made my skin angry. This one is so gentle and does not freak my skin out! And the price is more than worth it for the value. When I run out of my vitamin c serum I will switch over to their vitamin c serum. And after pregnancy, I’ll start using their retinol as well. What a wonderful company!
