I will rate it 5 as I had no periods since long and after having this for 37 days I finally got my periods. No PMS no heavy bleeding just normal healthy 6 days that too with minimal walking. Women who have pcos please go for it but you have to do some excercise as well to get good result I am having this product from not even a month and i am doing excercise I have lost 5 kg in 20 days you will have some stool issue for 1 week but it will be ok after that do not worry… I was 85 kg and now u am 80kg
