The mixture of extracts is enriched by eucalyptus essential oil. Its specific camphor aroma at the bath ritual time balances negative energies. Simply oils to the pitcher of water that is used to splash the coals during a sauna. Cypress, eucalyptus and pine essential oils are particularly appropriate for use in the sauna Components: 60% birch leaf-bud extract, 35% pine extract, 5% blend of tea tree and mint essential oils. Directions for usage: shake the extract before using! Dilute 30 ml of the extract with 7 litres of hot water for birch-rods to wet. Mix the blend thoroughly and pour it on hot stones, in little quantity. Massage your body with birch-rods soaked in the mixture. It is not recommended to use synthetic soap or shampoo after the bath.
