Having been stuck at home, unable to get to the shops I was delighted to find these available online, as I normally get them from the pound shop.More expensive online but then you have to factor in shipping and packaging.These sponges are small, thin ones, with a scrubby green side.We use them for the cat litter trays, they get into all the books and crannies and are cheap enough that we don't mind disposing of them after one use, however I did try one for washing up, and whilst initially it did a good job, got into the corners of dishes and trays well, I found that after only a couple of uses the green scrubby side crumbles away.So my personal recommendation is that these are ideal as single use disposable sponges and priced to suit, and thin enough to get into awkward places, but I wouldn't expect them to last more than a couple of uses each.There are 20 in the single pack, the pack is plastic wrapped, the kind that you cannot easily close once opened, but that could just be me and my hamfisted attempts to get into the pack.I keep the rest in a ziplock bag until we need them, once the pack they come in is opened.

Good sponges for gentle scratch

These sponges are just as durable and long lasting as what you would find in a store, but with a much better value for money. I have had this pack for almost 4 months now as they're very long lasting without being damaging on your dishes.

I can't imagine why these pads have got 4* and 5* ratings???They are very small in all dimensions and of poor quality, starting to come apart on 2nd use for small washing up. So if you want a tiny, virtually single-use pad (terrible for the environment!) then go ahead . . . !See comparison photos for size relative to another good value (low cost) product. The larger pad has been used for 3 weeks, this smaller one for 3 days!
