Well pleased with my trolley.

I am a sucker for a floral shopping trolley, so when I saw this, I had to buy it. I have only owned 2 wheelers before - so what a delight to have easy-rolling wheels and swivel front wheels, which make manoeuvring so easy, and take all weight off me, unlike my 2 wheelers.As a Home Economist, I am used to appraising equipment and instructions. Sholley have many excellent videos on YouTube about the features of their trolleys and “how-to” instructions, pictures can convey instructions so much more easily than the written word when practical movements are required.I very nearly did not buy this Sholley as nowhere in my extensive research could I find if the Sholley could be attached to a large supermarket trolley when you are in-store & not wanting to use your Sholley at that point. I took a chance on this, and there, in the instruction sheet when it arrived it explains how this may be achieved, however, I think a video of this procedure would be helpful.I also purchased the cool bag and would have appreciated some instructions about attaching this, but I figured it out in the end.I am extremely pleased with the Sholley, the design is very pretty with well-thought-out design features. I use instore when visiting our small independent shops in the high street. I hope to be able to use this in our small Tesco Express and Metro by putting my accompanying (giant) basket on the top (see photo) of the Sholley to act as my shopping basket & trolley, then, after going through the till pack my stuff inside the capacious Sholley. It may look small online but it is actually surprisingly large.I bought a non-stick silicone baking mat to place on top of my Sholley, to use only when I have my basket or a shop basket on top so as not to spoil the pretty fabric, where a shop basket may have a dirty base or may scuff the fabric. I have slipped the silicone mat into one of the side pockets, so it is always to hand (see photos).Being a bit of a clean freak I did not want to get the inside of my Sholley dirty with shopping, and have found that one of my Reisenthel shopping bags, just fits inside to protect the lining (see photo). A shopping trolley is a great thing to take to any shows, like the Knitting & Stitching Show, and I would not want to put knitting wool into a dirty interior, likewise, I may want to use this for a picnic. I think a washable liner bag would be an excellent item for Sholley to produce, so we can all keep the interiors clean & protected, wash & re-use.I have found that when I get back to my car I do not need to collapse the Sholley, it just fits in the very back of my Range Rover. I remove the shopping bags from inside it before lifting the empty Sholley into the car. I put on the brakes so it does not move about when driving. It is a great relief not to have to keep folding the Sholley up, but just leave it set up to go.Finally, I am not an aged person nor infirm. I trail run every morning with our dog, mountain bike in our Scottish hills and I hike, so I do not require the Sholley for assistance with movement, it is just that the design and colourway are excellent, and of course, the whole thing is a quality item & a pleasure to use. I bought my Sholley direct from the Sholley company & the cool bag here on Amazon.Not sure how this ended up in the petite-sized reviews. I bought the "standard" & I am 5' 3", it is perfect once I extended the handle to suit my height.

I REALLY LIKE THE INTERNAL SIZE AND THE PATTERN OF THE MATERIAL AND THAT IT IS WATERPROOOF. AND STRONG iT ISNT VERY EASY TO FOLD DUE TO AMOUNT OF MATERIAL THAT GETS TRAPPED AT THE SIDES. WHEN IT IS FOLDED FOR STORRAGE IT WONT STAND INDEPENDANTLY AS IT ONLY STANDS ON THE FRONT 2 WHEELSTHE FRONT POCKET HAS A STRAP WITH A 2 PIECE POPPER, BUT THE HALF ON THE POCKET IS MISSING SO CANT BE SECURED.THE FACT THAT THE HANDLE CAN BE ALTERED IN HEIGHT AND THE RIGID TOP TO THE TROLLY WHICH MEANS A HEAVY BAG OR BASKET CAN BE PLACED ON IT , ARE BOTH BONUSES. IT IS VERY ROOMY AND STRONG AND EASY TO MANOUVER, WITH A BACK BREAK IN EACH WHEEL. AND IT DOESNT LOOK AS IF IIT BELONGS TO AN 80 YEAR OLD, QUITE MODERN,,VERY KATH KITSON. I AM LOOKING FOREWARD TO SHOPPPING WITH IT, GREAT IF YOU NEEDA SUPPORT WHEN WALKING. i WOULD RECOMMENT BOTH TROLLY AND SELLER.

Flowered printed shopping trolley, i was pleased with this Sholley as its called, with its rotating wheels that i found easy to control.I could fit enough of my weekly shop in the Sholley .The price was good for the Sholley as the amount of detail and work gone in to this Sholley, i was pleased that there was details on how to use the Sholley ,with kerbs ,steps all that could do damage to the wheels or topple the Sholley.
