I had been having foot pain for months and it kept getting worse. Since not walking wasn't an option, I didn't really think there was much I could do about it. I bought new sneakers, thinking that my old ones were worn out and weren't giving me the support I needed. However, this did not make any difference. I knew I was suffering from plantar fasciitis and decided to see what options were available on Amazon. These were highly rated and inexpensive so I thought, "why not?" My expectations were VERY low. Within days of putting these into my sneakers, my foot paid was reduced to practically nothing! If I changed the shoes I was wearing, I easily moved the inserts to the new shoes, so I was basically using them all the time. This simple purchase was life changing! If you are wondering if they will work, I say give them a try! In my experience they worked way better then expected and I will be buying more so I don't have to change them between shoes!

I've had these insoles since September 2021 to relieve new mild plantar fasciitis (specifically heel pain) from a new job with lots of physical activity. My hiking boots were also a little big so I wanted to add an insole to make them more snug. These did the job perfectly! My shoes fit better now, and I no longer have plantar fasciitis. They are firm and well-shaped, giving great arch support. I have high arches. These are still the same shape as when I got them—they don't seem likely to flatten or wear down anytime soon. Be aware that these are not pillowy soft insoles for cushion, but rather firm insoles for support. They are great at their job, and I highly recommend.My only qualm is that they are a little small so I can feel the tip (my shoes are 9.5 and I got the 9-9.5 insole). But that is what happens when insoles aren't custom, and I really appreciate Forcare making so many different sizes of insoles, because every foot size has a different anatomy, which is why those cut-to-size ones don't work!

Took me a couple days to get use to the insoles but i will have to say less pain in my legs ,I wear 9.5 wide and they fit in my shoes nicely .

I'm not really sure how to rate this because the first 4-5 times I ordered them, they were pretty good - they feel kind of hard at first, but then I got used to them as they conform to your feet over time (and probably better for people with high arches), but they do also take up more space in your shoe and I had to go up a 1/2 shoe size for them to fit. For me this wasn't a problem because I was getting new shoes anyway, but if you're not it could be a problem. Also, they do wear out over time, but they lasted a while, like about a year or so. The main problem I have with them now is the latest ones I ordered had a very strong chemical odor that wouldn't air out. It made them unusable & I had to send them back. I am trying walkhero brand instead since they look similar in shape. Apart from those issues they did help my planar faciitis.

I am a teacher, and I am on my feet constantly. I have taught for over 35 years, and my feet hurt frequently. Short of wearing tennis shoes all the time, I have a hard time finding shoes that allow my feet to work in comfort. Lately, my feet hurt when I get out of bed. It is painful to walk. I got a pair of these because they were recommended on an independent website for people who suffer from plantar fascitis. I have worn them, and my feet don't hurt. My feet don't hurt.

I have high arches and recently developed plantar fasciitis. I've tried a couple of other brands of insoles that didn't seem to help much. So, I did a little research and found good recommendations for Forcare. Even though I've had them for a short time I can already tell a difference. The Forcare insoles are much more comfortable and have better arch support than the others I've tried. Definitely happy with my purchase!

This is the second time I've bought these insoles and they have been great to relieve plantar fasciitis pain! I loved vionic shoes but couldn't justify the price for styles I didn't really love. Now I put these inserts into my every day walking around shoes and also my running shoes.

I have plantar fasciitis and need a strong support in all of my shoes. Recently my $450 orthotics just didn't seem to be doing the job and I was having increasing pain. Really did not want to buy another pair since the one I have didn't last that long. Decided to give these very affordable inserts a try and am very pleased with them. Have already ordered another pair and will probably order more so I don't have to move them around.

These are good quality insoles; not flimsy not too hard. It's more for correcting flat feet than it is for 'cushioning' - but it's very comfortable material. It fits my son's shoes perfectly without any room for the insoles to shift around like other ones that I have bought (he's a youth shoe size 7, and I bought the men's size 7-7.5 insole). I like that the insoles don't make his shoes feel tighter; but if your child has flat feet, it will take a few days to get used to the orthotics. Great insole, will buy more for his other shoes.

I have flat feet and didn’t want to spend hundreds on custom insoles so I decided to purchase these. I’m really glad I did because this has definitely helped with my ankle pain. The quality is good for the price so 10/10 would recommend

My son wanted an insole that was like an orthotic without the cost. This provided a nice, comfortable, sturdy alternative.

I have a heel spur and tried many things as I can't afford paying $495.00 for custom orthotics, this work perfectly for my problem, thank you
