Ok. So this was engineered very well. It is a little time consuming to assemble but the instructions were good, and they put some thought into the design of it, I was impressed. I know the shipping is a big part of how they design it for building so that's why I won't take any stars off it. It seems sturdy and we like the storage.

This closet system is perfect. Great value and nicely made. Fairly easy to put together. We had a slight problem and Besiost was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my purchase of this closet system for my walk in closet. Purchased two but was bigger that I thought. We used one for the corner and the other one was able to be assembled for shelves and hanging spaces next to the corner system. Also ordered three 60 inch small systems, but only used two of those as well to complete our large walk in closet. My husband assembled them very easily, but was time consuming. He said to use your own tools and not the small tools that are provided. The quality of the pieces are excellent. They are heavy and made very well. The rods are of good quality and it does hold a lot of clothes. The packages arrived together, on time and very well packaged. There were no damaged boxes. I could not be happier with the quality and prices.

This corner unit was a good size and easy to put together. It was a little challenging to mount to the wall. It looks great and helps keep our closet organized. The color was consistent with the other units as well.

Worked great for our space. Bright white finish and has more capacity than you’d think. Assembly was not complicated. The directions were complete and easy to follow. No missing or broken pieces . Nice piece.

Is it overpriced thin wood? Yup! But what isn't in that category today! Look, it comes exactly as advertised so there are no surprises to what you are getting. When you are assembling it you will question your purchasing decision, not because of the instructions which will get to in a moment but because it looks like its going to fall apart as soon as you put clothes on it. BUT! Once installed it looks really really good and actually quite sturdy. I have no reservations about using it as a stepping stool to get into the overhead access or attic. Now the instructions, no exaggeration, probably some of the best I've had to work with. I've seen close to 20,000 sunrises so I know a thing or two on the quality of assembling instructions. Kudos to the technical writing staff! Overall I would honestly rate the product as a strong high 3. The 5 stars comes from the customer service! Top notch, responsive and empathetic. After dealing with them with a slight issue I immediately ordered products for other closets. They could probably sell ice cubes on Amazon and I would order them just because of their customer service. Besiost, I salute you and if its AI customer service then reward it with more wattage. Either way, im more than happy with my product and would definitely order more from them.

I installed this in a new remodel of my master bathroom and it looks/works great. It was easy to put together, but was a bit more difficult to install since you need to install one side of each clothes rod into the wall, as well as the wall brackets. Although not too bad and as expected. Overall, the product works great and matches up with the rest of the other pieces we bought.
