Q: Are there ANY plastic parts on this? Is every part stainless steel?

I see only stainless steel, every part :)

Q: Do you experience any loose coffee grounds?

In about a year of daily coffee making with about 9-13 TB per pot, I have only had grounds come though 1 or 2 times. The reason it came through that time was because there was some finer grinds mixed in and i forced it without giving it time for the grounds to settle.

Q: What country is this made in?

Not sure, no stamp of any kind on it. It is well made I have been using it a year now maybe two. I did replace the screen on it.

Q: I need just the lid for a La Cafetiere Thermique

The lid has the press. If that’s gone I imagine you’d have to get a new one.
