Love this poster. Some health concerns led me to address inflammation, and prescription medications were not agreeing with me. I researched inflammation causing or easing foods and found there were quite a few - but keeping it straight and looking it up all the time was too big a task, so when I saw the poster, I ordered it immediately. It is such a big help - clear, easy to read, handy. It came in a round tube - which means it arrived in perfect condition - no need to try to straighten crumpled corners, or read a creased, distorted note. I rolled it reverse for a couple of days to straighten and now it hangs in an easily accessible space on my wall. Thank You so much for the help and the good service.

Update: It appears they have removed the word magnetic from the product headline so YOU won’t be misled, however 1 star review remains because they misled ME. Product summary says magnetic. It’s not, unless you open the full product listing and CHOOSE the magnetic one, the default is a tightly rolled paper poster. Seems kinda bait and switch to me. Don’t just add to cart. Open the full listing and select magnetic. Or better yet… find a different product/vendor.
