Bristles are soft, toothbrushes are numbered which is great so no one else uses your toothbrush.

Dental Care and Eco Care
Great toothbrush overall. Four come in a pack and I have only gone through three so far. The company suggests changing your toothbrush once a month but I can go two mouths in between changing them. For dental care that also provides eco care I recommend these.

Sorry but teeth need more firm bristles in order to get a thorough cleaning. These are too soft!!!!
