At this time of my review, I can only say that I like the flexibility of the knife blade. I haven't used this knife yet. Price was reasonable in my opinion. But I can't say anything about the performance of the knife, like how it holds a sharp blade, how it holds up to time. So only time will tell if it was a good purchase or not.

I love this knife. It’s very sharp and cuts really well. I highly recommend this knife to anyone who loves a good sharp knife.

For the money it's a fair deal.If you can't afford to buy an expensive knife, this will do the job.

Will do the job designed for and also having the sharper is a great a help.

First off I really like the knife and the sharpene, I haven't really gotten to use it as much as I'd like to but so far its held up on.. I will definitely update this once I have had more time to use the knife. However I have sharpened every knife in the house with the blade sharpener and it works great. LOLI actually got this knife it's a cheap alternative to a carving knife for Holiday birds and hams and such. So I look forward to updating you all. So far I've only carved into some pork butt and it worked quite well.I know that's not what it's supposed to be used for but that's what I'm using it for.
