Will this charge a nimh 9.6v 2400mah battery pack?

Hi ,this charger can charge a nimh 9.6V 2400mah battery pack.please be sure the plug is right.

Can you charge two battery’s at once with this?

I would say the charging sensor would be unable to differentiate between two batteries capacity, so 'No'.

Will this charge a 11.1v?

From the information on the back of the transformer pack: Input: AC 100-240V 50/60 Hz 0.2A Output: DC 2.8-14V 0.5-1A If you're thinking of a 3S LiPo, it would probably be a S L O W charge and I don't think that's the intended target.
