This unit replaced our bottom loading cooler. So far it is working out good. I was worried it may be top heavy having the water bottle on top. Not issues here. very stable. on the downside It’s a little bit noisy when it makes ice, but after about a week i don’t notice the noise anymore. we only made one modification as I didn’t like having the ice scoop inside the bin all the time, so we made up a holder for it (out of a plastic bottle) and mounted to the side of the cabinet. Works out great this way. Easy to set up and use. I had to run about 3gallons of water through the machine to get rid of the “new” plastic taste in water.

I purchased this water cooler thinking it would be a reliable addition to my small office. Instead, it turned out to be a complete disaster. After just three months of light use, it stopped functioning entirely — no cold water, no ice, just an expensive, oversized paperweight.And the insult to injury? The company offered me a measly $150 refund, which doesn’t come close to covering the original cost. On top of that, I’m expected to dispose of the unit myself. That’s not just inconvenient — it’s outrageous.Save yourself the frustration, the wasted money, and the customer service runaround. This product is the definition of poor quality and even worse business practice.Avoid at all costs.

This is the second one I’ve had owned the 1st one last over 8 years . worked very well But the ice did melt some in the ice bin. The new one is much better it’s much Quieter and the ice bin seems to be more insulated. because the ice doesn’t melt like the old one did.the only thing I would Recommend that you flush the system really good because at first it has a weird taste, but it does go away. On the back, there’s two drains for the ice bin and once for the water.

You will need lids with holes in them to use this machine. The neck of water bottles less than 5 gallons will not reach thus spilling more water. I wish there was a light by the dispensers. Also, wish the water dispensed more quickly. The machine makes ice well.

I purchased this as a christmas gift for my wife and nine months later, the ice maker has stopped working. That was the reason I purchased it. So yeah, now it's pretty much useless. I even bought the 3 year protection plan for it and nobody wants to fix it. I would avoid ice pure products like the plague

haven't plugged it in, wish it was white, i have the white one, had it running for over 2 years, 24/7/365.... love it. i want the newer one that crushes the ice ! not ready to spend $600 for it..... yet 😂

We ordered this 8 months ago, worked well for about six months then cold water started coming out as a trickle, fast forward 2 more months, the ice maker side just starts dripping water without being turned on. Reached out to customer service and they issued a full refund.

My wife would only drink bottled water. I bought this and she likes it better than the bottled water plus we are helping the environment. Ice maker works great too. I use the hot water feature for my sleepy time tea. All around a win for us
