I used it cutting up a 27lb Christmas ham. Did a wonderful job. Each cut was smooth and easy. I had no issues at all. I just bought this electric knife but I had a Hamilton Beach electric knife for 30 years and it always performed perfectly.

Works great, arrived on time for carving Christmas prime rib. Stores easy in case provided. You won’t be upset with this product and delivery timeliness.

I bought this Hamilton Beach electric knife because I broke my right wrist and could not use that hand to stabilize the foods I was cutting. It cuts meats very well, even without stabilizing the meat with the meat fork (which is included.) Not so for vegetables -- I sawed on a head of cabbage for a good 10 minutes before I realized it wasn't my technique -- it just was not working! And that was even with someone holding the cabbage head still, which was not the way I wanted to use it anyway. The motor does feel hot after I've been using it for four or five minutes, so I take a break while it cools down. The way the knife is designed, you can put it on the counter & the blade will remain up in the air so that it doesn't scratch or damage countertops. That also keeps the blade clean while I'm taking my break. I really like the little storage case, which keeps all the parts and pieces together, and I also like that you can put the blades in the dishwasher. I'd like it better if it cut vegetables too, but just for meat it is still definitely worth the money!

This electric knife works great. We had a Hamilton Beach Electric Knife for many many years until it finally stopped working. We were happy to find another one on Amazon. It came a lot sooner than expected!

This product is very unique and ergonomic. Thae cutting motion is effective as well as being effortless. The shipping was very good and the packaging was also good. A great addition to our kitchen.

Un cuchillo muy practico, viene con cuchilla doble, fácil de cortar carne, un trinche para ayudarte y su caja para guardarlo!!! Me gusto mucho!!

Me gustó mucho porque es muy fácil cortar el pan con él, aparte no pesa y es muy fácil de utilizar. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
