Worth a shot
Everything seems to be better as a gummy these days and supplements of all kinds have most definitely jumped on that bandwagon!Fancied trying out lion's mane in some form for a while, so these seemed to tick the box as a nice easy way to try it outLove the packaging, resealable metal tin makes it feel more premium and can be reused once product is finishedServing size is 2 gummies per day and tin holds 60 so you have a full month's supplyGummies themselves have a nice texture/chew and taste nice, no artificial chemically aftertasteDid I experience a boost of mental clarity and focus after taking them? I didnt suffer my usual afternoon crash, although not sure if that's related - I think I will need to take consistently for a few weeks to make a real judgement on this

Lions Mane Gummies
Lions Mane is all the rage these days, it's like the new CBD with lots of claims that it can help this and that, but very little has actually been proven in scientific studies. Here you get 60 gummies, which are said to contain 10:1 lions mane extract, so an equivalent dosage of 1000mg of mushroom extract. The claim on the advert is "Experience sharper focus & clarity, remove brain fog on-the-go, and a truly delicious texture & taste."On testing these have a very sweet taste initially as you would expect from gummies, however after a few minutes there is quite an earthy aftertaste that develops, which somewhat coats your tongue. I wouldn't say it's unpleasant, but It's equally not the greatest taste.Did I find any magic benefits in extra focus or mental clarity? No there was no effect I noticed, although from the limited scientific studies I have seen, it seems that some people do show a response, whereas some don't, so it could be down to genetics whether it has any noticeable effect. Equally, other studies only show marginal benefits with longer term use.Overall for £24 for me this feels like it's not worth the cost for something that may or may not have any effect on you, and plus has a bit of a mouth coating effect. The dosage for these is 2 pieces, which means that it would only last 30 days if you took them every day.If anything changes, the longer I use them I will of course update the review.

Taste OK, though not sure they do anything
For a start - these are not cheap. They are 40 pence each, and you are supposed to take 2 per day. Did I noticed any increased benefit? Not that I noticed. I'm only half way through the tin (which by the way is a very nice tin, and I shall be re-using it once I finish off these gummies), and can't say that I've noticed any change in me. I don't know for how many days you need to keep taking the supplement to gain increased brain focus - 1 tins worth? 2 tins? Unsure. They taste OK though which make the task of taking your supplement far more pleasant that powders or pills. Just a little expensive.

I expected better
The media could not be loaded. For such a premium and what I'd call, a growing brand, I did expect better than this.I've tried many brands for lions mane, some with no effects, some with great and obvious effects. Unfortunately, spacegoods comes up short and so far even after a good week I've not noticed the benefits of this one helping. If anything, I've actually felt worse again since switching to spacegoods lions mane which is actually pretty disappointing as I've been wanting to try their stuff for a while but the cost as kept me at bay and probably will keep me at bay now I know it's not that great. The taste was mediocre, nothing premium.

So happy there is a gummies version now!
The media could not be loaded. I have been seeing Spacegoods, everywhere online and really wanted to try, but as someone who only likes plain water, I hate things in drink form. So I was really excited to see you can get this in a gummy form now. Plus this is actually cheaper than the 30 days of the mushroom powder. They are soft but with a nice chew to them, no grit or aftertaste and have a very pleasant mild strawberry flavour. I like the tin them come in, and they don't all stick together.Overall this last week taking them daily I am feeling like I have more energy and a better focus when working. These things can be hard to qualify but it does seem there is a bit of change in my normal feel and routine So I like them and plan to continue taking them.

A bit pricey but with a nice texture and taste
These come well packaged in a nice metal tin that I will probably repurpose for something else and even if I don't it's nice to know that it will be repurposed for something else when I recycle it. A test that I often do with gummies is close my eyes and grab a different selection of them one by one and see if I can guess the flavour. This is one of the instances when I can. It has strawberry flavour on the tin and my palate seems to agree. The tin container houses 60 gummies which gives you 1 months supply and 2 gummies per serving. The gummies aren't too chewy and more importantly they are not sticky which is a little pet peeve I have with some brands that not only stick to your teeth they stick to each other. Thankfully these don't suffer from that issue. Overall these are a good gummy well packaged a little pricey but with a nice texture and taste.
