Pros:-Very fast, boot up time is maybe 8 seconds.-32GB of RAM is great for running several CAD apps and some 3D printing studio slicers-Plenty of storage space, I will never fill it up since I save to the Cloud but great to have on hand-Sleek feel to the machine, lightweight-Keyboard backlight is perfect; it has a few brightness settings, so it doesn't always have to be bright-bright-Battery life seems pretty solid, I bought the i3 over the Ryzen because of the lower watt usage. I haven't done a full drain test yet, but it did last me 4 hours so far from 100% to around 40%.-No bloatware. Can't stress this enough, I hate having to uninstall a thousand apps when I buy a new machine. This one came with nothing, barebones Windows 11. Perfect.-Love the Type-C charger, this falls in line with all of my other gadgets, nice to not have to carry a different one. It also charges pretty fast, wonder if a 100w charger would speed that up?-Fingerprint reader is a nice touch; I got some long/secure passwords and typing them out sucks. Tapping my finger is sensationally awesome.-Great that it has a lot of ports, I dislike when laptops have only 2 ports to plug stuff in--this one has it all, sweet.Cons:Nothing, nada. I am keeping this company at the top of my list for my next machine.10/10 do recommend!

I was a bit hesitant to purchase this laptop since I wasn't familiar with the brand, however I am so glad I did. I bought one for my son and one for my daughter--they love them! Excellent screen quality and my kids say it's great for gaming also. Very easy to set up and long battery life. I would put this brand up against any of the more well-known brands!

opened and inspected box contents. everything was new and clean and unscratched. I did easy commissioning until login prompt. logged in with pin and outlook.com account and updated OS and downloaded critical applications and restored application data with onedrive. nice responsive computing device...I still have more administration but the usb brick and cable is quite impressive rather than awkward OEM power brick...the display is rather bright but that's just me...addendum:completed administration by addition of user account and logged out of administration account. I do not perform computational work on the device but am tempted to create compiler and tool account! it's a nice looking light computing device with plenty of computing power...addendum two:I did run full scan defender along with youtube edge browser full screen with task manager. The machine was not burdened and very nicely responsive...I did inadvertently discover usb version 3 ports maximum transfer rate of about 5mb/sec to 10mb/sec after administration debugging of usb ports. I will eventually perform hardware driver debugging.micro SD disk is about 15mb/sec...

At first I loved it. Then after less than a week of using it it randomly died while I was using it while it was plugged in. It smelled weird too. I made sure the wall plug worked. I tried letting the laptop cool off. Still nothing. Won't charge won't turn on. $441 down the drain. And it's next to impossible to get hold of someone at the manufacturer company

Observations so far:-Great price , well contructed , nice features-Processor is satisfactoryIf the price is low, then YOU are the product!-Bloatware is overwhelming. You'll spend days getting rid of it.-Windows 11 defaults to all your files and desktop being forcibly stored on "OneDrive" in the cloud. You have to go into the registry, add addresses, and change settings to store in a PC User account that can then be locally encrypted.Take your time, get it set up to protect your privacy, get rid of all the bloat, and it's a good buy.

It's a lot more than I needed and works great. Good battery life, and a lot of features that normally are only seen for a lot more money

This is a fantastic laptop! Perfect for my needs... I'm not a big gamer or anything, Super fast, really good sound, sharp screen.. lighted keyboard is a huge plus, affordable, nothing bad to say about it.. Highly recommend.

3 months in. No issues. Works great. Fast. Does everything I need. Previously had an HP and Dell. Very satisfied so far in.
