Really good piece of equipment. Only thing is I would have liked backlit keyboard, but it's my fault I didn't notice before I purchased. Fast, high quality and solid processing

My mom purchased this laptop for my dad for Christmas. It came with a bonus external hard drive which easily allowed my brother to transfer all his data from his old laptop. Dad likes the choice of using it as a touchscreen when needed. Dad is 92, so it was important to stick with HP a product he is familiar with. He is happily surfing the web, reading emails and working on his memoir.

This laptop does not have backlit keys

The laptop froze during the initial setup. My IT pro son could not fix it...and he works for HP. Will be returning it.
