No SPF. However, excellent lotion for dry skin.

Q: Where is the ingredient list??? Are the ingredients the same as E45 Cream, just thinner?

I have looked at the list of ingredients of the lotion and the cream and they at NOT the same. They are listed in the Amazon add.
