Arrived well packed & tested & fitted. This is 5th one, 1st 2 lasted around 15 years with the sealed Lithium batteries, really good. This is to replace 1 of replacements as it malfunctioned, but will be replaced/ refunded as 5 year warranty which is great, peace of mind

The FireAngel Optical Smoke Alarm is exactly what I wanted for peace of mind at home. Installation was quick and straightforward, and the instructions were clear. The alarm itself feels solid and well-built, and I like that it uses optical sensing-it seems very responsive without giving false alarms from cooking or steam. The test function is simple to use, and the loud alarm is reassuringly powerful. Battery life appears solid so far, and it gives a clear low-battery warning, which is very helpful. Overall, it’s a reliable, high-quality smoke alarm that provides confidence without fuss. Highly recommended for home safety.

I needed reliable smoke alarms for my home that weren't overly expensive, and these fit the bill perfectly. They absolutely deserve 5 stars based on their functionality and value. The installation was incredibly easy, no more annoying 3 AM chirps from a dying battery! The test/silence button is straightforward to use. It’s a smoke detector that does exactly what it's supposed to do. Fantastic value for the price and highly recommended for home safety.

This alarm functions perfectly and has a ten year battery.the alarm is pretty loud so will keep you safe. The smoke detector is very good and it is good value for money. It is compact and looks slimline so you won't be aware of it unless it goes off. A great product!

Bought Sept 22, battery failed new years eve 25/26. So not 10 years then. Not really a replaceable battery. Well it is, cut the cable tie, cut the wires, solder a replacement battery in place. But replacement battery is £6 and a replacement sensor is £12. Ordered a replacement complete unit, but it might be the last ordered from this brand . . .
