Anorak Jacket Women, Lightweight, Long Military Cargo Parka, Regular & Plus Size

I really love this jacket. I love that you can style it the way you want to, like when you have a bulky sweater underneath and can't have it as tight. The material is of a good quality too, I think it will keep me warm in spring and fall weather. The color is true to picture (I bought olive) and its truly so stylish and will get tons of wear. It does run a little small though--I read reviews beforehand saying that it was mostly true to size and bought a medium but it was tiny on me--so tight on my arms. I returned the first and bought a second, large size and it fits perfect. I am 5'7 and 145lbs.

I recently moved overseas to a place where the Fall/Winter months last about 7 months and I have been trying to find the perfect versatile coat that i can easily transition in and out of for both seasons. I try to stay away from the puffer coats until the harsher winter months because of their bulky style. This coat is absolutely perfect. I have only had it about 3 weeks and I have worn it almost every day. My boyfriend absolutely loved it on me as well and stated it was a flattering fit. I am 5'8", 130lbs with petite shoulders and torso frame, bust is B-C and I ordered a large in hopes of having room to layer sweaters with this being as it is already lined with fleece. It is not too hot and keeps me warm when i need it for that purpose. I was not disappointed in this buy. I would say it fits perfect to size. Not too big and Not tight. If you want it to have a little more room for layering thicker clothing, order a size up. It will not be too baggy.

I bought the black, longer version with the cinch-able waist. The jacket looks just like the photos. I am 5ft 6in and around 140lb and the large fit perfect. It hits at the upper thigh. The waist was a bit loose until I used the ties to cinch it tighter, which made it better fitting and also looked more flattering. The underarm shoulder area (where the sleeve meets the shoulder) is just right, a medium would've fit but I think that area would've been too tight. A thick sweater may make that area tight. I'm giving only 4 stars because the left pocket has a large hole, basically unfinished. (And I'm left handed 😞.) It doesn't seem possible to fix it without completely cutting the lining to get in there. So, overall a good coat for the money. The fabric is nice, cut is attractive, it fits and looks good on. But the attention to detail and quality could be slightly better.

UPDATE: will be returning. Way too big. Feels like I'm a child wearing my mom's jacket for dress up. Sleeves are way too long on me. If you're tall and about a size 14/16, this size will fit you better than me. Reordered in size large. Large is going back as well. It was way too small. Ended up ordering the real deal... Levi's brand for triple the price which fits perfectly in the arms in an xl.Purchased the xl, runs big. I am petite and wear a size 12/14. Reviews were varying as to the sizing so I figured I'd rather it be loose than tight. I tightened the waist strings so it's not baggy.The arms are very long so if you have long arms you'll be fine. I tried to roll the cuffs up but the lining shows and looks terrible so I unrolled them. It is what it is. if I go down a size I risk it being way too tight.The hood is spacious and has drawstrings to tighten which is an added surprise feature.1 chest zip pocket, 2 lower pockets. They have a snap button closure. I find it a little awkward to place my hands in them since they are angled but not too difficult or annoying.The jacket has a zipper closure with snap buttons. The zipper is not all that smooth to operate so I might try putting wax to smooth that.There is a lining inside the entire jacket which is a nice feature.I haven't worn this out as the weather has been usually warm. Will update if I have any issues.One big thing I noticed was the size tag was completely removed and the brand was ambiance not top legging. I think a lot of these companies are using multiple names as sellers but they are all selling the same thing. I have been wanting a military-style cargo jacket for some time. I did read all of the reviews for this product before I purchased it, so I had a pretty good idea about what I would be getting.As the reviews stated, the jacket is a little thinner and not oversized. I had been hoping that it would be a little bigger than it is so that I could layer underneath.It fits fine but is not very roomy. I did get compliments on it when I wore it over a pair of jeans with a white t-shirt and military-style boots.I got what I paid for. My only recommendations to other consumers is that if you want it to be roomy, order a size or two up.UPDATE: Today is the 4th time that I am wearing this jacket and the zipper is bent and pulling apart from the track. As I stated earlier, it is pretty thin, however, this is VERY CHEAPLY made if I have worn it 4 times, haven't washed it, and it is pulling apart. This is now a one-star item in my book.

I absolutely love this jacket! The fit was as expected with perfect arm lengths. The material does not seem cheap. There are 2 pockets that button on each side that are useable. The length hits me halfway down my behind. I bought the army green with gold buttons. The zipper works fine and is well made, I am able to zip the whole entire jacket up. I normally wear a size 10 and always buy a Large in all shirts and jackets, so I bought my normal size, which fits perfectly. Each of the buttons clasp. My favorite part is the drawstring on the inside of the jacket, I can pull it to provide some shape to my body.I've received compliments, and people want to know where I bought this jacket from. I'm so happy with my military jacket, I plan to buy a second one so I can mix it up some since I wear this jacket daily!
