Instant Schizandra Beverage (Wu Wei Zi Chong Ji) (Herbal Tea) OL03

Dr Oz recommends some form of this tea as an aid to help relieve anxiety. My husband had been experiencing some anxiety and started drinking this tea at night. He loves the effect as he is sleeping better and sounder. He drinks one cup every night. However his anxiety seems about the same. It is easy to use as it is an instant and requires no steeping. He drinks it with a small amount of honey.

This tea did not knock me out, but it did help me sleep better and longer. It seems to help the nerves relax I saw no weight loss, as claimed on a popular tv show but it did help sleep longer and better. Work up refreshed, since reaching 40+ have had difficulty sleeping. Would recommend.

Not sure if helps my anxiety but I like its taste (which I suppose is pretty objective. I overcame the grit problem by running through a coffee makers with a filter.

It was okay. Not wonderful.

I enjoyed this tea. It's a little grainy but that didn't bother me because I hoped it would improve my memory. I don't know if it helped but the tea is too expensive for me to drink regularly.

I didnot like this product at all, The packing was bad and the product was out of its pockets.I never order any thing from this company

The flavor of this tea made it difficult to drink, and there were limited effects. Not worth choking down twice a day.

Awesome instant tea that has no bag to throw away, no aftermath, just dissolves in hot water. Nice fruity, sweet, and bitter taste with each sip.
