I like the small size that's easy to swallow. I was taking two larger pills to get 4000 IU of D3, and this one smaller pill contains 5000 IU of D3. I love that there is less packaging and more D3 per container so I'm paying less and ordering less often. I wish they used coconut oil or palm oil which are naturally saturated and won't oxidize. The sunflower oil in these pills quickly oxidizes and that's what produces the rancid oil smell. I would have also liked to see independent testing lab confirmation of the potency to verify that the pill contains 5000 IU of D3. The lab analysis provided simply verifies that there are few contaminates of bacteria, yeast and mold.

This was a good value when I purchased it. It comes in small tablets rather than the gel caps which I am most used to. For whatever reason, it always makes me wonder about its efficacy. I prefer the gel caps. These are about the size and shape, but only a little bit larger than what you used to be. Be saccerine tablets. So they are easy to swallow, but I just prefer the gel caps.
