Great Non-Slip and Absorbent Towel!!!
This towel is made from really nice quality microfiber material that is very absorbent. I really like the small silicone beads on the bottom of the towel because it really provides a firm grip and I am able to hold my poses without worrying about slipping and sliding. This also works great with floor exercises such as crunches (any abdominal exercise really), planks, etc. because it provides absorbency and extra comfortable cushioning. I have been able to wash and dry this frequently without shrinking, fading or becoming fuzzy. I would like to point out that the vibrant purple color has not changed at all, even after repeated uses and washings. Some towels I have used in the past had an initial strange odor when I opened the packaging but this one did not. It fits perfectly over my mat and I can think of zero complaints about this towel. Good to great yoga towel and a good value
So far so good - I've only used each towel once so I cannot comment on durability/longevity but I can say they are as described. The mat towel completely covers my mat with minimal movement throughout a flow class (I sweat a lot). The towel is thin so I may have to double up on some of the poses involving weight on my knees but otherwise, these are good towels at a great value vs. more expensive options (Yogatoes has managed to create the perfect balance between grip and towel density/cushioning but their prices are too high to justify regular purchases for me...)

This towel is great for hot power yoga
This towel is great for hot power yoga! It did the job-didn't move around and absorbed all my sweat. I was surprised to find that the mat underneath was dry after class! This towel is not too heavy, easy to carry and fold. It's soft but you will feel the dots underneath when you're doing planks or downward dog. Now I'm waiting to see how it will do after a couple of washes..

Just Okay. Thin towel, hard silicone beads.
Just okay. The towels are very thin, to the point that you can feel the silicone beads during your practice. They will absorb moisture and will not slip. It's just a bit distracting, during practice, to feel the hard beads under your feet and/or body.

Sweaty people’s yoga towel!
I am a sweaty girl, and even with a trippy Manduka mat, I slip during heated classes.This mat towel is AWESOME! I bought several different brands, and this is my favorite. Keeps me from slipping from the start. Other mats have to get slightly damp to have the grip power of this one.I got this specifically because of the silicone dots on the backside. Would definitely buy more!

No more sliding on the mat!
I started using a yoga exercise DVD, but I was having trouble with my hands sliding on the mat and I couldn't do some of the poses. Someone suggested a yoga towel and I ordered this one. This has been such a big help! I no longer slide all over the mat because of sweaty hands. The material is very absorbent and the silicone dots keep the mat in place. It fits nicely on my yoga mat. I am very pleased with this purchase!
