It is the best food combination for my breakfast. It contains proper amount of dry fruits, nuts, oats, cocoa etc. It tastes yum & also it is very healthy. The protein & vitamin intake I gain after eating this is quite satisfying. Also it is sugar, salt & gluten free which makes it even more better. A total value for money product. It fulfills my body for long hours. Plus it is very beneficial for post workout purposes also. Overall I liked this product very much.

I buy Yoga Bar High Protein Oats many times. It is very tasty and healthy also. I eat in morning for breakfast. It give me full stomach feeling for long time. No hunger after that. It have good protein, so I use after gym also. Easy to make. I just boil with water or milk and eat. Sometimes I add banana or dry fruits. It taste very nice. This is best oats for people who want to eat healthy and build body. I like this product very much. I will buy again.
