I originally ordered the infinity bracelet from this seller for my 21yr old Granddaughter as a Christmas present which unfortunately was too big for her but could not be altered. I must add the bracelet was fabulous and my Granddaughter was very upset that it was too big for her. I contacted Romain @ MUUII asking for help with this issue, as what is the point of a bracelet that couldn't be worn. But I had had it since a while before Christmas and wasn't sure if the seller would be able to help after a time lapse. However Romain could not have been more helpful, it was an absolute pleasure communicating with someone so helpful, friendly & obliging. I was offered other items from the MUUII range, and finally decided on this necklace. I returned the bracelet (very reluctantly as it was so beautiful) and ordered the necklace. It was with me within a few days and myself & my Granddaughter where truly pleased with the alternative. It is as beautiful as the bracelet, well made, well finished and well presented. The service from this seller must also be mentioned as I consider they went above and beyond to help me and that is something that you don't very often see these days. So if you like the look of this necklace or anything else from this seller I can highly recommend them. Top marks for absolutely everything. Well done !!!!!

Ordered this on Friday & received it today, Sunday - super speedy service. The heart is beautifully shaped & has weight to it & the chain is also nice & has an extender chain (from 16" to 18"). It may sound strange, as silver is silver isn't it ? but I recently ordered a silver locket which I returned because the silver was very white & tinny looking (reminded me of a dog tag !) but this has a lovely depth & warmth to the silver. It will look very classy for going out, as it is eye catching without being OTT. I just hope my daughter likes it - if not, one for me then ! I disagree with other comments about the packaging though - the cardboard box lets down a really nice piece of jewellery.

My son ordered Necklace for his girlfriend but was slightly disapppointed when it arrived as it looked a bit tarnished. However, when I came home I buffed it up and he was happy to give it to his g/friend. I did let seller know and she was very helpful. We didn't need a replacement, Emily was very happy with it and son says he's happy to use Muuii again. We would recommend as seller very happy to sort out any problems

I purchased this necklace for my wife as a present for our wedding anniversary and she was well pleased with the choice.She commented on the design,style and great quality in general of the item. However the presentation box was lacking a bit in quality.( Just a small negative observation).Delivery was fast,the seller contacted me to ensure I`ve received the item and if I am happy with my purchase,and was very polite and courteous.I will definitely recommend this item and the seller to other customers out there.

The necklace came in a nice presentation box. The heart pendant is a lovely design and looks like the one in the photo. It was however, bigger than I had imagined and perhaps the chain could be slightly longer.It sits nicely when worn and I am happy with it.

I am very satisfied with the product i had from you. It was a 25th wedding anniversary present for my wife. The product was of a very good quality & looked very nice. My wife was very pleased with the surprise present & really liked the engraved comment on it.

I bought this for a special friend and it is beautiful. It feels heavy enough for its size to hang well and could be engraved if needed. The only disappointment was the cheap and nasty box that it came in. Otherwise 5 stars.
