My teenagers like the flavor but they are very sweet. We have other flavors that are not as sweet. Love the extra vitamins they get with this drink and it helps them stay hydrated. Overall good value

No side effects, no sugar or sodium worries. I'm working 10 to 12 ours a day as a delivery driver in inland Southern California with major heat and humidity. I'm going thru +/- 64 oz / day. The sun just zaps your electrolytes. This instantly rejuvenates you and brings your body back into balance. If you force/train yourself to automatically hydrate a little thruout each our, you get thru the day smoothly. I do supplement with some bottles of cold water to cool down and have my lunch. Stuff tastes great and has some beneficial ingredients

I order these body armor monthly and have been for years. This time, the orange tasted like it had chemicals in it. I took a sip from 3 different bottles and ended up dumping all of them. I'll still order because this is my favorite drink but I'm leery to order the orange again. Maybe this case was old..... who knows.
