Doesn’t stay level
This is pretty but probably needs better hardware. It kept dropping down on the side with no attachment. Between that and the rounded design, the towel kept falling off in our house. I got something different.

Good Quality
They were too big for my project so I returned them but the were good quality

Cheap material
It looks nice, but once you hold it in your hand, you can feel how hollow and thin the material is. I overlooked it, but when I installed it to the wall, the hex screw stripped before I could get it fully tightened, thus leaving the towel holder loose on the wall. I had to rip the whole thing out of the wall, anchor and all to even remove it since it’s useless.
