Meant for creating fancy desserts, but I really like to eat them as is. I love the unique texture, sort of like a hardened sponge - not too sweet, but delightfully so. Unfortunately, I can not stop at just a few, so it falls under the category of "too good to purchase" But for others who have any sense of will power around treats they like, give it a try....but you are warned they are addictive!

Very nice and big package of cookies. Perfect size not too big.

I have used this brand for years. My go to when I make tiramisu or other desserts. Crispy, light, fresh.

There are more than enough of these great cookies to make a large tiramsu (9”x13”). They came quickly and none were broken.

Made a tiramisu with these cookies they’re delicious. They hold up beautifully, even after being quickly dipped an espresso my family raved about it. If you’re assembling a tiramisu and around springform pan, you have to cut them to fit and they don’t fall apart as you’re doing it. And this is day two. just make sure you buy enough because you are going to want to definitely use them again cut out a lot of the work of making them yourself

Good flavor. Great for making deserts. Price is a little high compared to big box stores.
