Good quality lunchbox, for those wanting an alternative to plastic.
I specifically wanted a Stainless Steel lunchbox, as I don’t like plastic, and found glass alternatives too heavy and fragile. The lid on this has an integrated valve, which helps to ‘vacuum seal’ the lunch box, making it leakproof, this does however make it a little tricky to remove, so I perhaps wouldn’t recommend it for younger children. It is very hygienic, easy to clean, and does not get ‘tainted’ by stronger smelling foods, nor impart any taste to food stored within it. The silicone strap and integrated fork are a nice touch, as is the slot-in divider. It is a decent size and not too heavy. I am happy with my purchase.

Absolutely excellent
Bought this to use for my lunch at work..... was hoping for something secure, leak-proof and drop-proof. Pleased to say its all of these and more. Its made of good thickness metal, it's not going to bend or deform if dropped. The lid fits very securely, in fact even after lifting the pressure release it takes quite an effort to remove the lid, such is the suction. There's no way the lid is coming off by itself. The provision of a strong and thick rubber band to keep a fork (the forks always go missing at work) is a great idea and saves searching for one at work. Its an investment, but definitely worth it. if you have strength issues in your fingers though, you may struggle to open, my only reservation.

Love the product!
Excellent product that I can even use At my rented flat and outside during my short stay in London. However, the spoon was a bit too sharp which hurt my tongue.

Peace of mind
Love this little lunchbox! You can get a good lunch portion in here, and it feels very sturdy and secure as long as you remember to close the lid very well. I have the same brand's lunch bag and together I have real peace of mind that I won't end up with a bag smelling of vinaigrette!I find it looks very cute and the inclusion of the fork means I don't have those days where I forget to pack cutlery for work.To clean, we put all pieces on the top rack of the dishwasher. We typically only ever wash on 30 degree washes, so I'm not particularly concerned about the degradation of the seal, etc. I know this isn't recommended by the company, but honestly I haven't had any problems yet in four months of use. Will update this if I do!

Absolutely brilliant lunchbox for commuting
I bought this lunchbox for my husband who cycles to work. Everything else we have tried leaked terribly, but he's had this one for 2 months now and transported all sorts of things that have sauces and gravies, and so far it's been completely leakproof. He loves the look of it too and often gets comments on it at work. I will get him one of the soup flasks for winter next.

Would definitely recommend!
Hands down the best lunchbox I’ve ever used. The valve mechanism is simple and works excellently, the seal is well designed and works flawlessly also. Very easy to clean, not at all heavy and very sturdy. I liked it so much I ended up buying two of the bamboo topped versions also. This box makes me want to prepare and take lunch to work rather than hit a cafe instead.

Brilliant Black+Blum
Good sturdy lunch box for food or other items. Good suction on lid seal and no spills. Potentially tricky for children or elderly to open.

Mixed experience
Firstly this looks nice and has an attractive design. I like that it is not plastic but stainless steel. At first I found it very hard to understand how to open the lid - even with the valve open, it wasn't obvious from the instructions and I was trying to pull at the silicone seal and trying to peel it off. Eventually I did open it - it is more of a straightforward lift lid but with a suction mechanism due to the seal. The orange band is not that easy to remove or pull on and off especially if you are in a bit of a rush at lunchtime. The fork is quite useless for things like salad leaves or larger bits like tomoatoes or egg...as it is too small and not particularly good at picking up food. The washing instructions are that you can put the base and divider in the dishwasher, but NOT the lid (probably as it has a silicone seal and valve). That's a bit annoying and I can see my husband accidentally putting it all in the dishwasher...I have yet to put liquid in this, but I am not sure I'd chance soup as it does say in the instructions to try and keep it flat when transporting as otherwise there might be leaks. So all in all, mixed feelings - nice design but for the expensive price I think it's not very practical/easy to use repeatedly.
