Awesome Product initially but stopped working...(update added)
Update 02/24/25 - Customer service was awesome. A replacement was shipped out to me immediately after speaking to them and arrived very quickly. So far so good with the replacement and with customer service like this I would highly recommend the product. I think I just happened to get a one off the first time.Update 02/16/25 - Customer service reached out to me after my reading my review to see if they could assist me in dealing with the issue. I am waiting to hear back from them after my reply to their initial message and will update this review once I know more. Original review - This was initially a great buy and I really loved it, especially for the price. Unfortunately mine stopped working about 4 months after I bought it. it will not charge via plug, hand crank, or the sun and is completely dead. It might be a fluke but I would just keep that in mind if you purchase this.

Awesome!
This think is just great in every way. Charges quickly and can even solar-charge itself in the lowest natural light conditions (so you know you're getting every second of daylight into a charge.)Charges a bunch of devices to full capacity, all at once and has a great battery life, itself. No light? No problem! This thing Charges via hand-crank or charging cable. Clear instructions and kinda big without being enormous or too heavy. Great for survival situations. I bought this for my bug-out bag but I take it camping all the time now.

Good value for the money, surprising capacity
Have only had this little power bank since November but put it to its first real test during a power outage this week. I used it to run this little USB fan https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0B18N7NRS (says it draws about 5w) to circulate hot air from a natural gas backup heater we have on a wall in the basement and couldn't believe how long it lasted. The unit has a 4-light charge level indicator, and I topped it up before the storm. After about 18 hours of running the fan it was down to 2 lights so I took it down and used the hand crank to hopefully increase the charge while I was boiling/pouring water for coffee. Cranking intermittently for 30 minutes didn't boost the charge gauge from 2 to 3, but it might've increased the charge a little. When the power came back on 8 hours later the indicator was down to 1 light but the fan was still running. And this setup did a surprisingly good job of distributing the heat throughout the basement instead of just going straight up to the ceiling overhead.I got this because it was on sale, had a surprising capacity given its and I'm a rechargeable gadget addict, and because I liked the idea of having the hand crank and built-in solar panel to recharge it in the absence of other options. When I got it in November I topped it up and sat it in a window that gets a tiny bit of direct sun in winter, but thought leaving it there might be enough to keep it topped up a little every day. It didn't, though--IIRC the charge dropped by about half over about 2 months (admittedly the darkest months of the year), so I've topped it up over USB periodically. As others have mentioned it takes a long time time charge over a standard USB-C cable, but that worries me less knowing now how long the battery will last. Not sure how long it would take on a high speed C charger.I do wish I had a way to see how much of a difference turning the hand crank or sitting the panel in the sun really makes. It's a little awkward to hold the rubber cover for the crank mechanism out of the way while using the crank. The flashlight is quite bright, and it's nice that it has a compass on the side. The variety of onboard device adapters is nice, they charge well and stay put pretty well during handling. This bank would certainly be handy to have on a car or camping trip. If it charged faster and/or I felt more confident about the hand crank & solar panel, I'd buy several for a group that helps out the homeless in our city. And I'd give it 5 stars instead of 4. But so far, it's been a great value.

Good emergency backup to charge your phone.
I got this after Tropical Storm Helene came through. I keep it fully charged but not on continuous charge and use it to charge my phone every couple of months alternating with the other power brick I have. The fast charger works OK but has a tendency to shut off before the phone is fully charged. I was able to charge multiple devices at the same time using the supplied cables and OEM cables. I haven't noticed any decrease in available power over time or an increase in charging timed. The flashlight with a hand crank is a nice touch and should be helpful is the power goes out again.

Great to have
Have this in our camping kit and emergency bag. Charges items well. Flashlight is handy. Solar charging capability is essential. Various cables are useful. Everyone should have this in case of emergency.
